I had neat, newly remodelled room with a luxurious bathroom. Its location easy walk to State Museum of Tyrol was favourable.

The location makes it easy to go to the train station as well as to the old town. Public transportation is within easily accessible distance.
Free use of internet is very good. Since I do not carry my own notebook on trip it may even be better if there is a computer placed in the public area for brief use in checking emails.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They helped with the Innsbruck Card, did the reservations/payments for the Tiroler Abend and helped us a lot. The breakfast was good with friendly staff. This is a family-run hotel with very good service.
Our room's curtains didn't have any blockout and was very light. In the summer this must be a huge problem as our room faced east and the sun shines in early in the morning.
